Reasons for poor starting performance and premature termination of service life of Shengyang battery

The poor starting performance of Shengyang battery means that it can not reach the required value when discharging at high current. Generally caused by the following reasons:

A. The false welding of the junction bar (wall weld) of Shengyang battery and the junction between the end column and the pole column results in poor starting performance or inability to start.

B. The density of electrolyte is low, the internal resistance is large, and the internal resistance of separator is large.

C. Bending and sulfation of positive plates.

D. The contact resistance between discharge equipment and Shengyang battery is high.

E. Short circuit of pole group and connecting of pole plate.

F. Abscission of active substances.

G. There are problems in product structure and process formulation.

H. Excessive discharge current.

J. The ambient temperature is too low.

The reasons for the premature termination of the life of Shengyang batteries are as follows:

A. Corrosion of positive plate and expansion of negative plate.

B. Short circuit of pole group and connecting of pole plate.

C. Damage or channeling of partition and non-corrosion resistance of partition.

D. The alloy is not corrosion resistant.

E. improper charge-discharge cycle ratio.

F. The density and temperature of electrolyte are too high or too low, and the liquid level is not high enough.

G. False welding, plate falling off.

H. Plate sulfation.

J. Excessive charge-discharge current.
