Shengyang UPS battery should control the operating temperature range

Temperature has a great influence on the natural aging process of battery. Detailed experimental data show that the battery life decreases by 10% when the temperature rises 5 ℃, so the ups battery should be designed to keep the battery temperature as high as possible. Here is an introduction:

The rated operating temperature range of Shengyang battery is 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ (the best temperature is 25 ℃ ± 5 ℃), too high temperature will seriously shorten the life of UPS battery. All technical data are measured at rated temperature of 20 or 25 ℃. A low temperature will reduce the usable capacity of the ups battery. The absolute upper limit of the ambient temperature is 55 ℃, and the ups battery shall not exceed 45 ℃ in use.

For Shengyang UPS battery, in the range of 15 ~ 35 ℃, the charging voltage does not need to be adjusted with the change of temperature; if the ambient temperature deviates from this range, the charging voltage needs to be adjusted accordingly with the change of temperature.

It is normal for the battery of Shengyang to reduce its electric quantity after long-term storage. The daily loss of electric energy of the battery of UPS power supply is 1-3%. The charging battery should be used as soon as it is charged. For long-term storage, Shengyang UPS battery shall be "awakened" in advance.

Slight heating during charging is a normal phenomenon. When the ups battery is heated seriously, it should be stopped immediately, otherwise the ups battery will be damaged. The over heating of UPS battery is generally caused by charger, which should be adjusted to slow charging state. This charger cannot be used without slow charging function.
