In the process of using, we will try our best to avoid the deep discharge of Shengyang UPS batteries, because this will affect the characteristics of the batteries themselves, but there are different situations that require deep discharge.

When the power failure occurs in the city, the maximum discharge time allowed by UPS is three times as long as the reserve power supply time of the original battery if the discharge time of the battery group exceeds the original design "full-load reserve power supply time" due to the small discharge current. When the discharge time reaches this moment, whether or not the ups battery pack has enough capacity to use, UPS will perform automatic shutdown operation to prevent the battery from entering the "deep discharge" working area due to too low discharge current. For example, if the backup time of UPS batteries is L5 min (with 100% load), no matter how light the actual load of the user is, as long as the downtime of power supply exceeds 45 min, UPS will enter the automatic shutdown state (although at this time Shengyang batteries still have a considerable number of safe capacity to use).
For UPS power mainframe, it is helpful to reduce the faults of the inverters. However, for the long-delay Shengyang batteries matched with UPS, the actual service life of the batteries will be 10 times shorter due to the "deep discharge" of the batteries. Therefore, in the process of using UPS power supply, we should try to avoid battery deep discharge.
